EMPIRE REALTY’S DIRECTOR OF RELOCATION SERVICES, SARA DILLION-ARDELL ATTENDED THE 2009 NATIONAL RELOCATION CONFERENCE

 

DANVILLE – Empire Realty’s new Director of Relocation Services, Sara Dillion-Ardell attended the 2009 National Relocation Conference on May 13 – 15 in San Diego.  Sara is a licensed Realtor® and has held the CRP designation for over 12 years.  Sara has an extensive network throughout the United States with relocation and real estate firms and has received national recognition for having a high conversion rate of turning prospective leads into sales.

The National Relocation Conference is one of the premier relocation industry events designed for all relocation professionals, including relocation specialists, HR directors and relocation service providers.  Sara has over 25 years in this industry and offers many new ideas and strategies to Empire Realty.

 

The Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC) was developed to help network mobility professionals and HR innovators with a number of real estate appraisers and real estate broker companies.  The benefit of Empire Realty being a member of the Worldwide ERC is that it allows them to have national and international exposure.  Sara attended this conference to reestablish business relationships with other companies, network, and learn new strategies to the relocation industry. 

 

Some of the workshops that she attended discussed the future of this industry, a collaborative approach to selling inventory properties, preventing sale fall-through prior to closing, how web 2.0 is used to facilitate workforce mobility, and much more!  By going to this annual conference, Sara gained more knowledge on how the relocation industry is changing and what to expect in the future.
